Well that, and also "Star Trek: The next Generation" Season Two which was produced during a writers strike is generally considered the worst of all the TNG Trek seasons.

I got my copy earlier this year (thanks to the help of doublenoughtspy, as I have no paypal acount). I found it to be quite interesting, not as bad as most people think. It takes a few minutes to get used to the quality, but it's not too bad, considering that it comes from a Betamax tape that is about 25 years old. Highly recommended.
