* Man with the Golden Gun: There is 2 and the same thing.. we see the camera crew in mirrors
In the very begining when Roger is kissing the belly dancer's stomach.. when the guys come in and they start fighting Bond.. just watch the Mirror, for one split second in that fight we see the whole camea crew.. you might have to "pause" it.. but it is there.. ( it is when a guy is hit by moore and knocks a mirror sideways/sorta.. and because of this the mirror moves, and we see the lights and camera crew) very fast!
the second one.. is when maude is in the shower with a gun.. and roger says "a water pistol".. when she askes for her robe.. bond walks toward her.. LOOK on the wall a mirror again and we see a camera crew guy.
* Octopussy.. the pole is visible welded to the jagular when it is going through the airplane hanger..(in the precredit sequence).. this is the scen when bond is flying the plane into the plane hanger and barely gets out, and the guided missle blows up in there.
