Not too negative, not too positive. The author brings up several valid points, but also some of what he says leads me to believe he hasn't really played that much of it. He keeps referring to shooting levels on rails and it being a port...even saying Eurocom made a fantastic FPS engine that was ported by Gearbox. Of course we all know that the similarities between the two versions end with characters and plot as they were developed independently through collaboration rather than one ported to another.

They're completely right on about the AI in this game.
However, I agree that it looks like they didn't play this game too much.

Also, these guys tend to give games a 'once over' and not get too indepth in playing and reviewing games.
I tend to ignore reviews from these guysfor they don't do a good job of game reviews.
It's as almost as if the reviewers give the games to their kids and say 'here play this and let me know if you like it or not'.
