Here's a nice story with concept visual (by Ralph McQuarrie of Star Wars fame) of the James Bond Stunt Show that was developed in the 1980s for Universal Studios Florida:

Goddard Group has posted concept art of a James Bond stunt show that it developed for Universal Studios Florida in the 1980s, before that park opened. Even better, the concept illustration is by the legendary Ralph McQuarrie, the illustrator who developed creative design for Star WarsET, and the originalBattlestar Galactica.

This idea needs a second life! This would be so fun. You could also very easily turn the caviar factory fight from TWINE into a stunt show.
