I wouldn't really call it an action sequence. It's more like that scene from For Your Eyes Only, where Charles Dance is trying to get to Bond before he does the ski jump.

In the script his character is named 'Man with glasses' - I guess that's what he is. :-)

Or something like it. As the IceQ in Sölden will apparently double for something like a hospital or clinic, the mountain backdrop makes sense.

Yes, from what I understand, the Ice Q has been described as a "Spa" and a "Clinic" in the film.

Yes, based on the details known so far, there's certainly more than a whiff of those two films inspiring SPECTRE, plus more overt references. The refreshing thing, to me at least, is they seem to be able to re-tell elements of the Bond story without directly remaking the 60s era. I'm optimistic.

2 snow planes have arrived in Austria for filming with the 2nd and 3rd unit next week, from February 2nd in Obertilliach and Kartitsch.

Yet something curious is available from the shooting in Obertilliach be reported. There are two calves for delight care of the film crew. They are called Daniel and Leah - named after the main actors Daniel Craig and Lea Seydoux, because they came exactly on that day to the world, as the shooting in Obertilliach started. If the weather permits, they can already next week hear aircraft noise over Obertilliach.
