My request is don't let the Bond character become lost as the main focus in the need to accommodate these other characters

I fear that's exactly what's going to happen.

How long before Bond, M, Q, Moneypenny, and Tanner are going out on missions together in a sort of A-team van, heavily armed?

I hope that will never happen.

But as long as those supporting roles get cast with high profile actors they will get more to do than those actors from the first 20 films.

I would have expected a more prominent role for Fiennes, not for Harris. And certainly nothing coming close to sidekick.

I find it silly to worry at this stage, it doesn't matter who's reporting a rumour.

After supposedly taking a few cues from The Dark Knight to such great success, it would be really unfortunate if they did not avoid The Dark Knight Rises's biggest mistakes... like having the hero's journey suffer in terms of screen time and agency due to over-involvement of supporting characters.

Well its still being written unless I'm mistaken. No matter how good the source is, it's still early. This could be a concept idea long forgotten by next year.

I'm ok with an expanded roll for Naomi's Moneypenny. Given womens bigger roll, especially in action films, it makes sense. Long as they do it right, which I'm sure they will.
