I absolutely love this show! Just finished watching the first 3 seasons on Netflix. Im surprised this thread has not been commented much.

I love this show. I think it has to be one of the most intelligent shows on TV. I like the references to Bobs Burgers, especially the season 4 opener where he is Bob. Its one of those shows where every character is good.

Another fan here. I do have to admit I think it is more to do with the style and espionage setting rather than any extraordinary writing or characters.

I disagree. The writing itself is very good, and events from previous episodes continue to be mentioned and referenced in a way I haven't seen since Arrested Development. Jokes continually build on themselves and play and role in events, such as Archer's phone messages coming back to bite him in the ass.
