Okay, I like to work out to the James Bond theme song music. I like it because it just sounds awesome. Anyway, I like to work out to really fun music and why not use a score from one of the previous James Bond movies.

So I am asking you for reccommendations for which Bond score that you liked the best? and which would be the best to use for when I go to work out!

Thanks! :)

Great idea for a thread, Iceskater!! I had though of creating one myself as I often listen to Bond music while I'm working out at the gym. Some of my favorite cues are:

" Come In 007, Your Time Is Up" from TWINE

"Hurcules Takes Off" from TLD

"A View To A Kill" by Duran Duran

The James Bond Theme - Monty Norman (obviously!)

"Hovercraft Chase" from DAD

" Runaway" from FYEO

I'm going to have to suggest the Die Another Day soundtrack. To this day, it is the only Bond soundtrack I own on CD, strictly for working out/fast paced activities...

Which reminds me, perhaps I should stop playing it in the car! :P

My favourite was always DAD OST, especially for outdoor running... until I came across this (non 007) Hans Zimmer track that has been on my iPod ever since.

I have the awesome Propellerheads version of OHMSS on my workout playlist. You may like it, too!

Propellerheads' OHMSS is probably unbeatable for working out - especially outdoor running - as far as Bond music goes. The entire 'Decksanddrumsandrockandroll' album is a great soundtrack for pushing you physical limits; listen to 'Take California' and 'Spybreak' for example. The various versions of the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE theme are also a great help for this cause.

Not that I'm a great work-out person but I'd imagine Moby's Bond remix (attached vid has a fun Bondtage) would get the adrenalin pumping (it's certainly good for a fast drive) ;-)

Yes, that Propellerheads version is indeed epic. Must dig it out....

Mr Kiss Kiss Bang Bang would also be good for some form of physical exercise, I believe. ;-)

Recently I've been using "New Digs" from the Skyfall soundtrack, seeing it accompanies scenes where we see Bond on the treadmill, doing situps and pullups. But yeah, hard to beat the Propellerheads' On her Majesty's Secret Service. Been using that one since I saw it perfectly used as background music for a montage of Roger Federer

I usually have a few of the theme songs on my iPod while I work out. The OHMSS theme is really good as well as Surrender due to its up tempo. As for full soundtracks, TSWLM is one of the best, CR is very fast paced as is Skyfall. One of my personal favorites is African Rundown from Casino Royale.

Thank you for all the great ideas! I mean I just figured that listening to a score while working out would be awesome. I have the title song like I said in my other post, I also have the main star wars theme.. :P the scores always pump me up when I go workout.

I actually worked out the other day listening to "You Know My Name." Pretty good motivation song in my opinion.
