My understanding is that this will feature with Bond waking up in a Turkish Mediterranean bar (when presumed dead), seeing the news report and returning to London

I don't know about "celebrity" but Casino Royale had Richard Branson, The World is Not Enough had Ray Brown, who was from a British reality tv series about clampers and BBC reporter Martyn Lewis etc
