In The World Is Not Enough video game for Nintendo 64 (which I thoroughly enjoyed), there was one level in particular that was a true nightmare. Hoping I'm not the only one who suffered countless failed attempts as a child to complete this level, I thought I'd ask.

How difficult, and rather annoying did you find the level 'City of Walkways II' in the N64 version of The World Is Not Enough?

If you're unfamiliar with the contents of the level, I found this refresher on YouTube...

Personally, I couldn't even get past the bridge ambush level at Elektras estate. I still haven't.

Consider yourselves lucky, because this one here, was a headache to say the least...

The mission you guys are referring to, is one where you have to avoid Gabor correct?

That's the one where you're sneaking around in a villa, right?

Yes. That one was rather difficult as well, as far as I recall. Only being able to subdue (not kill) the guards was pain if I remember correctly.

I remember always jumping into the pool as the guard patrolled around it!

Just watched a YouTube video on it and just realized you can punch them to death, but you cant shoot them to death.

I beat the whole thing back in the day. Remember being gutted the graphics were so choppy - because otherwise, it was an amazing and underrated game.

And what about "Read Dead Redemption" Nightmare?
In this game there's a level which is a real nightmare : the one where you're supposed to catch horses with a lasso...
I never managed to do it...
Any ideas..?

I'm afraid when it comes to the game you're referring to, I'm lost at sea... Adrift.

The Night Watch mission was the only one I got stuck on back in the day. I remember feeling relieved when I finally finished it and could continue the game. Nice to have a stealth mission in there but was it ever hard to figure out at first. Back then I was generally a run and gun kind of player.
