According to an email from Ian Fleming publications "Thrilling Cities" will be republished in both the UK/US in print and kindle and ebook format.

I second that, Silhouette Man. Thrilling Cities is a wonderful read and provides really fascinating timecapsule of divided Berlin prior the Wall.
