I really want to see TB adapted at some point.

Another 'brilliant' update from the 007: Legends Facebook account...

Another movie hint: the next movie to be revealed in 007 Legends was released between 1962- 2002. Share this post and comment if you think you know what it is!

Wow. What a brilliant clue, Activision. It's obvious from this excellent clue that they're talking about NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN.

(Actually, it could be. It could be an adaptation of THUNDERBALL that isn't THUNDERBALL ;) )

I don't think they have that much imagination to leave really brilliant clues like this, I'm afraid.

I don't think they are either. Pure sarcasm on my part.***

A new 007: Legends Facebook update...actually shooting down a possible film some of us wanted...

Anxious to know what the next movie will be? We have another hint for you! Our next movie reveal for 007 Legends will not have Blofeld in it. Any guesses?

Why do they waste our time? Just reveal it, or don't. We're not all on the social network trending stage in our lives...oh, I forget, THAT'S who this shooter with the Bond name will be aimed at! Sorry!

*rant over!*

Goldfinger it is. Doctor No would make more sense given it's the golden anniversary, but oh well.

i'm pretty sure they're talking about the 1967 Casino Royale, clearly when they say Blofeld won't be in it, it's because they're going to show Dr. Noah

Hang on. I've just thought of something. Do EON now have the rights to Blofeld? I thought that was all tied up with McClory. So if he's in the games... He could very well make a film comeback.

EON got the rights to everything back in 2004 I think it was. They've owned Blofeld for a while now

Hmm, I never thought about the Blofeld issue before either. Well, this makes future possibilities interesting if they would use him more for future games or, dare we imagine, a future film?

Re-booted incarnations of Blofeld and Jaws for a Bond film? Yes please!

So if EON got the rights to Blofeld back in 2004 then they should've also gained the rights to SPECTRE, so why the hell did FRWL the game have octopus instead?!!??!!

because it was probably adapted before EON got the rights back. One of the official bond books does talk about this.

EDIT: now I think about it, Octopuss must've just been a decision EA made. The last mission in FRWL has the plot of Thunderball and Goldeneye Rogue Agenty features Blofeld. If the McClory estate still owned the Thunderball rights and all associated with it, they couldnt have done touched it with a ten foot barge pole.

It will be interesting to see what the next two levels/movies will be. I'm really excited about the OHMSS level; I've always thought that the final battle would make a great level for a FPS. Moonraker looks good, but we had a Moonraker level back on the N64 version of Goldeneye. It would have been nice to have seen something else from the Moore era.

One thing that baffles me is the timing of when to release this news about levels, etc. Tomorrow, there is the BIG reveal of the new multiplayer in Black Ops 2. I think that might slightly overshadow the 007 Legends news...

I think Black Ops II will overshadow 007 Legends anway, so why wait and pro-long the inevitable. Shame though...!

I've never been a fan of the COD games, but I know they stomp over any Bond games released along with them - it happened with 'GoldenEye Reloaded' on the XBox.

Ahh, the drug facility and tanker chase from 'Licence To Kill' - that has potential to be brilliant! And fighting alongside Pam Bouvier? Yes please! Cracking choice from a brilliant film.

As for 'Die Another Day' - I see Graves and Zao present but god, that does look very generic shooter-ish. Bad guys in shades and tuxedos at night? Please...that's retro console stuff isn't it?!

Well, the trailer is shaping up ok, it's very Bond-like, I have to say with the elements we know and love from the films.

They say 2 more missions left to reveal - I take it that will be the possible 'Goldfinger' mission and the selected 'Skyfall' level?

I can honestly say, that this is the first time In around 8 years that I've been excited for Die Another Day. Looks like they've got Toby back as Graves, too.

Actually I am surprised. Well, it was obvious that for Brosnan they will pick Die Another Day, but I thought that they will announce it as a fifth mission and now they will announce Goldfinger.

Anyway the game looks better and better :D

I thought it sounded like Toby Stephens too, it's great they've got lots of Bond alumni back for an authentic Bond experience!

Hopefully Robert Davi will be able to portray Sanchez and Carey Lowell as Pam to complete it too!

All in all, I couldn't be happier with the films they've chosen to represent the Bond franchise in this game. I was hoping to get either YOLT or TB for Connery's mission, but I'm not at all surprised they're going with the most iconic Bond film ever.

Having said that, we don't have any actual confirmation that GF is the fifth and final level (excluding the bonus SKYFALL mission), but all signs are pretty strongly pointing to it. I'd love if they surprised us with DR. NO.
