GoldenEye John Altman cues

Okay, I understand there was some of it represented on the Bond Back in Action 2 album, but it still doesn't match up to the original in the film. Part of the cue I am referring to is "Tank Drive Around. St Petersburg" heard here -



Does anyone know if this has ever officially been released or if it's available anywhere? I loved the Lukas Kendall presentation of all the Bond reissue's he did, I don't disrespect any of it, but I was bummed out to see the Altman cues not make it onto the new album.

Does anyone know why the John Altman cues have never seen a release?
