The US edition of TC, apparently contains chapter illustrations by Milton Glaser.

Can someone post images of these illustrations or if that's too hard, describe each illustration.

Also the paperback UK edition contained photographs which were not included in the more recent edition by Ian Fleming Publications. What do these photographs show?

Please don't ask for inside scans of books on CBn.

You can have the US hardcover for less than $6:

The illustrations in the US hardcover consisted of small, stylized black and white drawings intended to portray something of the spirit of the respective locations. These were also included in the US Signet paperback: three junks for Hong Kong, an opium pipe smoker for Macao, a geisha for Tokyo, a plump hula girl for Honolulu, cacti for Las Vegas, a tommy gun in a violin case for Chicago, the Statue of Liberty's crown for New York, toasting beer steins for Hamburg, the Wall for Berlin, coffee and pastry for Vienna, Swiss cheese for Geneva, Mount Vesuvius overlooking the bay for Naples, and the King of Diamonds for Monte Carlo.

Thank you very much Major! The only one i've seen before is the cacti one on the Queen Anne Press website.

It had a very 50s/60s look about it.
