American actor Michael Madsen, who played Damian Falco on DAD, is in legal trouble on child cruelty charges in Los Angeles. The man who played Jinx's boss, as well as roles in such films as Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs, was involved in a major disagreement with his own son which quickly escalated into a fight, and it wound up involving the police. Madsen is charged with child cruelty, and he was also reported to be intoxicated as well. Oh, the minor legal battles of today's Hollywood actors, even the not-so-famous ones as well! Let's hope he can get out of this one with his reputation intact, and not like that obnoxious Damian Falco character he played in DAD. From the reports it seems as if he freaked out when he noticed his son was smoking pot.

Which could prove... a little bit ironic.

However, I must say: why does something like that turn up in the news? Isn´t that the Madsen´s private life?
