Alright, I have to come clean, the reason I know this is a fake is because I saw the REAL rough cut of the trailer, and it's nothing like this. Here's what I saw, though my memory is a bit foggy...
The trailer starts with somber music over the MGM and Sony logos as the screen gradually fades into a low angle shot of a memorial service. Ralph Fiennes voice begins by saying, " Explain yourself."
Quick cut to black and fade open into a closer shot of caskets draped in Union Jack flags, M barely visible over the line of coffins. Dench's voice chimes in, " Are you asking me to apologize for the past?" Fiennes interrupts her, " This operation cost the lives of eight patriots. Your secrecy has compromised our national security."
Cut to the interior of Parliament, with M seated in front of a council, "You know how our world operates. You go shining lights in dark places and you're not going to like what you see."
Fiennes glares at her, then the screen cuts to a night shot of well dressed man in the shadows, moving slowly along a wall, a massive window to his right and the Shanghai skyline illuninating the distance. Fiennes voice speaks, " Your reputation is beyond repair."
The man reaches into his coat and extracts a small pistol, he is only seen from the shoulders down. M speaks, " You seem to have forgotten something, Admiral."
Cut back to parliament and Fiennes, the music ends " Yes, the man whose escape you helped facilitate. A mister..."
Cut to M, "Bond....James Bond." Cut back to Shanghai as Bond's face emerges from the shadows, raising his walther like in the photo we saw today.
Que the Bond theme as a ton of shots, beutifully rendered by Deakins, come into focus. I can't remember all of them, but I do remember Bond taking heavy fire from a silenced machine gun in neon lighting, Craig chasing Bardem's character through Charing cross station, Naomi Harris seated in a dark trench coat in a well furnished room with a sniper rifle in her lap, a range rover racing past the camera, Bond fighting for the wheel as men in the vehicle behind try to shoot out the tires, a chaotic fight between Bond and Bardem on a speeding commuter train underground, and a few shots of a footchase in which a bald character performs some spectacular free running in which he hurls himself into a moving van from the hood of another car. Before the title card, the dialogue picks up again as Bond exits the National Gallery. It's Fiennes speaking, " This is your last chance, where is it?"
Cut to black, and slowly fade open to M as her eyes drift to one of the windows in the building, looking toward the sky. Fiennes turns and looks as well, as do several other people in the chamber, including Helen Mclory and Albert Finney. A few begin to get to their feet as an excited murmer begins to stir. Cut back to Bond as he wanders into the middle of a crowd of people and looks up, his expression dropping as realization dawns on him. Smash to black, as the word SKYFALL slowly fades into focus and suddenly fades out. AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK THE AWESOMENESS IS OVER! The roar of an engine, the eruption of gunfire, and smash cut to a low angle shot of the DB5 as it takes heavy fire. Quick cut to an angle from basically the back seat, we see M in the front passenger seat, she speaks, " James-"
Bond finally speaks, " I see them." The camera then cuts to his hand on the stick as he flips open a hidden panel on the top, revealing a little red button. Cut to the rearview mirror as Bond darts his eyes and stares into it and therefore into the camera. Smash to black again with the release date and other info.
So there you go. The REAL trailer info.
