Shibumi has the potential to be a movie wothy of being made. The problem is that a good portion of it is set in WW2 in Japan. The
critics would scoff if the movie were completley faithful to the book. That wouldn'y bother me and it shouldn't bother any loyal
fan of Trevanian's. Casting wouldn't be easy but it could be done. I can only hope the producers don't screw it up like they did
with the "Eiger Sanction." YES IT SHOULD BE DONE!!
