Everyone misses them. You anticipate some fun planned whenever Bond is over at the Mi6 office, making small talk with MoneyPenny, and when sometimes, this is interrupted by M who briefs him on something. It would also be more interesting if a famous Male actor could play M now that he has matured considerably since Casino Royale.(This also raises the possibility of a clash in their respective ego's)
I also hope somewhere they include those classic scenes from the Connery films where Bond enter's Money Penny's office uninvited by throwing his hat which perfectly falls on to the holder. Those were the good old days.

Barring unforeseen offscreen circumstances, I think Judi Dench will stay in the role of M as long as Craig stays in the role of Bond. I do think that M should have a secretary (one, not a half-dozen), and that that secretary should have some memorable interaction with Bond. That's one of the things I don't like about CR and QOS: MI6 consists of M herself and a host of nameless, faceless nobodies who swarm around and count for nothing. Even Tanner and Robinson were more memorable.

I completely agree and I'm hoping (well, I pretty much believe it to be the case at this point) Naomie Harris will be playing Moneypenny in Bond 23.

Unless you are referring to Goldeneye reloaded where he died in the nightclub, then he could always come back. I guess you used to say the same thing about felix when the shark ate his leg in LTK, yet he came back in CR...imagine that...

Well, Felix was only maimed by a shark, not shot to death (well, we can't be 100% sure that Zuchovsky died, but it's the most likely assumption).
CR can be considered a reboot and Felix is an integral part of the Bond story, it wouldn't have made much sense if he bumped into Bond for the first time, limping and with a hook for his hand. They could always pick up the story of his shark disagreement at a later point, although I doubt it will happen anytime soon, if ever.

Thank you. See...there are endless possibilities of bringing back characters here. If Q would ever come back (maybe not in this era of Bond), then you could always bring back Smithers. hahaha.

Well, of course you could bring back all sorts of characters. But let's stick to the Fleming characters first (or introduce ones that haven't been used yet, like Loelia Ponsonby). I didn't mind Zuchovsky in GE and TWINE, but he wasn't terribly exciting either. Kinda like the whole of Brosnan's tenure.

I didnt see a thread that I could voice my casting ideas for future films so I felt like this was most appropriate. First off, I just wanted to call attention to the thread I made after seeing No Country for Old Men and recommending Javier Bardem for a Bond Baddie role. I shouldve put money on that one. Also I hope Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli read my other thread about getting Forrest Whittaker as a Bond Baddie, Hes got real acting talent and can bring alot to the Franchise.
Now for my next recommendation- Vincent Cassel as a Henchman. I recommended him as Rene Mathis before the character appeared in CR and QOS. I understood CBN members criticism about his young age and couldnt be happier with Giancarlo Giannini casting. He was brilliant. Cassel is a great talent and after watching "Mesrine- Public Enemy No #1" I believe he'd be a very memorable and evil henchman. I really like his style, reminds me of the vintage Bond universe. His attitude conveys ruthlessness and coolness. He'd be a great addition to the roster of legendary henchmen. Watch that film and tell me he wouldnt make a great Bond villian

Most people use emoticons to do that. Or a dummy coding tag, like "[/sarcasm]", at the end of their sentence. That's the problem with internet forums - it is difficult to convey tone and inflection simply because it is a written, not spoken, medium. Don't just assume that people will read something the way you intended it to be read simply because you intended it to be read a certain way. I speak from experience on this one - some idiot on the other forums keeps telling me to "calm down" because I keep asking him the same question over and over (though I usually do this because he consistently gives non-answers). He assumes that I'm getting worked up over something when I know that I write my posts with nothing but cool logic in mind. The same thing applies here: don't assume people will read your posts the way you intended for them to be read. That's what emoticons are for.

Also, I've seen a lot of people (some on this forums, but mostly on others) who seem to think that the forums are a direct line of communication to the Powers That Be (EON on these forums, video game developers on others, etc.) when they are not.

Zukofsky's dead.

In the old timeline, yes. But CASINO ROYALE negated everything that happened beforehand, moving everything to a separate timeline. That's the point of a reboot. So if Valentin Zukovasky exists, he is alive.

That said, I doubt EON will bring him back. Zukovsky was born out of the GOLDENEYE script, and I think he was handled very well. GOLDENEYE was the first Bond film to be made after the fall of the Soviet Union, and really addressed Bond's place in a world without the Cold War - the underlying theme is that while Bond needs the world, does the world necessarily need Bond? Zukovsky really reflected this: he was an ex-KGB agent who turned into a gangster with the foundation of the Russian Federation and her economic troubles in the early 1990s. The end of the Cold War formed a significant turning point for many of the Russian characters; Valentin Zukovsky, Xenia Onatopp (yes, I know she's Georgian), Arkady Orumov and Boris Grishenko were all left behind by the new Russia. There was no longer a place for them, so they all kind of went their own way (or, in Boris' case, drifted aimlessly until Janus found him). Now that the Cold War is dead and gone, it would be very difficult to reimagine Zukovsky simply because he had to be firmly established in the Soviet Union. It's getting to the point where he would simply be too old to be reimagined; right now, the most EON could do is write him as a promising young KGB/GRU/SVR agent who was being fast-tracked for promotion in 1989, but was left to his own devices when the Cold War ended.

I'd really like a return of Robinson, I've always enjoyed his presence on screen. And since this new era of Bond is about realism and modernism, bring in Q! (and of course Moneypenny) I'd like Colin Salmon to come back to the franchise as Robinson and have Billy Connolly as Q.

I'd like Coltrane to come back, either as Zukovsky or as somebody else. If Anthony Dawson, Martine Beswick, Walter Gotell, Charles Gray, and Joe Don Baker can play multiple roles, why not Robbie Coltrane?

How about bringing back Jack Wade? I know he's not exactly a classic or under-rated character like Blofeld or Marc-Ange Draco, but I must confess that I do think he's very under-rated. I liked the way he appeared in GOLDENEYE, as this slightly mad CIA agent who had a plum job before 1991, but with the fall of the Soviet Union, his begonias were more interesting than anything the Russians were doing. He was very tuned in to the comings and goings of local gangsters, but then he'd ramble on about his gardening. I think he was very interesting, though they blew it in TOMORROW NEVER DIES. I could see Jack coming back as an agent working under Felix Leiter's command, an ageing agent tucked away in a corner of the world where less and less is happening every day. And un-PC - work a bit of Dikko Hendersen into him.
