I sure would hate to be a Boston Bruins fan right now. That amount of disappointment would be tough to deal with. Talk about the ultimate tease the Bruins put their fans through.
And who would have thought that a #7 seed (Flyers) and a #8 seed (Canadiens) would be playing for the conference finals?
Which leads to this question, which Eastern Conference finals team is more resilient--the Flyers who came back from a 3-0 deficit in both their semifinal series and in Game 7 to beat the Bruins or the Canadiens who overcame a 3-1 hole to beat the best team in the league this year in the Capitals and followed that up by coming back from a 3-2 deficit to defeat the defending Stanley Cup champion Penguins?
Personally, I have no idea, but it should be a fun series.

Not only down 3-0 in the series, but down 3-0 in the first period! Absolutely incredible. Great resiliency. Way to go Flyers.

Should be a great series where anything can happen.
San Jose vs Chicago is on right now.

! The Bruins are out. This sucks. I thought this was going to be our year...
Probably the worst Bruins defeat ever. But don't worry my team isn't even in the playoffs and you have our draft picks.

Should be a great series. The young, fast, and favored Blackhawks against the big, gritty, Cinderella Flyers. It should be a highly competitive and very exciting series. Both teams come in with a lot of momentum and it will be interesting to see whose style of play wins out.
I'm hoping my Flyers win, but I think the Blackhawks will take the cup in six games.

BTW, Jason Allison was the nicest Bruin I ever met. Too bad they traded him. I know that was a while back, but still.
