Attention America! I have the first confirmed locations for Charlie Higson’s U.S. book tour in May.

First confirmed Charlie Higson US book tour stops

I'll update as new stops are confirmed. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear Charlie will be having a signing in California. But he will be passing through LA, probably for press.

That Washington appearance at the International Spy Museum looks like it could be something special. I've been wanting to take a trip to D.C. If I can meet a rich old woman by May, marry her, then bilk her out of her life savings, I'll attend. B)

Well I don't get why he's going from St. Louis to NYC then back to IL. Poor guy. That's gonna suck.

2 stops of his are about 2-3 hours away from me. I wonder what my schedule will be like then..

The International Spy Museum in DC would be a great place to see him. Too bad it's Memorial Day weekend.

WOW! The first stop is about 15mins from my house! Might have to attend...

EDIT: And of course it has to be on the same night as the series finale of "Lost." What to do...

It is actually, because I already planned a viewing party with about 20 people invited B)

Must admit though, Higson is in the lead at the moment...

The island is just a dream inside the head of an autistic boy.

There, now you don't have to worry about watching it. Charlie ahoy!

I knew it! Alright, I'm gonna start re-reading SilverFin...

Seriously though, Higson it is. Just sounds like too much fun. Besides, I was hoping with your connections Zencat I could pick Charlie up at the airport and maybe grab a pint after the event

Ha! Well, not sure my connections pull that much weight. But you should definitely mention that you're a member of the CBn forums. Charlie is a fan. B)

Re Lost: One day during the writers strike I was walking the picket line with JJ Abrams and he was holding a sign that read, "Want to know what the island is?" or "Ask me what the island is." Something that this.

I'll be at the Minnesota appearance tonight - looking forward to it! Supposed to get heavy storms so maybe that will add to the mood. Also, Zencat, I saw you added a listing for Scott Highlands Middle School in MN - that is literally 2 miles from my house and I have a friend who teaches Chinese there, so even if it's a school event I might be able to sneak in. Any details on the times of that?
