I think it might be out of print now, can't be for sure. But when I got my hardcover copy of Never Dream of Dying it was at a liquidation book store. It one of those that use any empty location in a city. It has no time of when it closes up shop. It is around for like maybe half year or more. Each time when there is one, the time different on how long it stay open. That was before Crown started doing only liquation after it had already closed up.

I think the best way to get a copy of Never Dream of Dying these days, are go to your local used book stores, your local library's once or how many times a year big book sale.Where they have books that are not used library books. Last of all, ebay and amazon.com These should also be the best way to get other James Bond novels.

With the exception of the recent Union Trilogy, all the Benson Bond books are out of print. Thankfully they're all still fairly easy to obtain as you pointed out Syndicate, except for the few of the UK 1st edition hardbacks.
