This would definitely be a nice one to go to. Anyone here planning on attending?

I could have seen myself spending quite a bit of cash if I were able to go but there is not enough time to make plans. As the years go by there are fewer chances to get to these wonderful people and tell them how much we have enjoyed what they did in those movies. B)

I'm tempted, but just like you, I'm always a little disappointed when I go. It's actually pretty depressing seeing those actors selling their autograph. However, when it comes to the Bond people, I really have the impression they do it for the fans ... at least, that's what I'm telling myself. B) But meeting them in person is always fun and they're all super nice.

But you see this is totally the wrong way to think about it. They actually really appreciate their fans and you all showing up. Truely.

I've met all the Bond celebs before, but I see Johnathon Schaech, who played Houdini in the 1998 TNT film, is going to be there. Be cool to meet and greet him.

I've got some out of town business, but I don't leave until Sunday, so I'll be there Saturday (No, I won't be signing B) ) . Besides, I've got to see all my girls and say hello to Richard and George.

Also, I haven't been to one of these in a bit. You never know what books, prints, posters, props, toys, soundtracks or people you'll come across.

These HCS's are always kind of fun no matter what.

"This isn't a bloody pony show Palmer!"

Solex my old friend, hope you've been well. Indeed a good glass of red (merlot or pinot - can never recall with you) will indeed be in order....and some scotch. We've got to get that golf game in one of these days.

As to the show, hopefully the day will end with the company of any other CBn people and maybe a few legendary Bond girls. I don't dare deny Lana, Caroline or Martine their cold glass of champagne.

I'm hoping to be there by noon-ish....and in the bar by 5-ish.

It'd be great to see you and "talk shop" - as always. B)

Unfortunately my weekend is full... B) ...working on Saturday and filming on Sunday.

Zen... could you please tell Richard Kiel I say hello? He wanted me to come see him during the event and unless I can manage to run over there during my lunch, but I think that would be a bit of a kill.

It kills me that due to my joblessness I can't join you guys there. I'd love to get Molly Peters' auto in my James Bond Girls book.

He really loves his fans.

I'm looking more and more forward to this event.

and Delmo, I'll snap a few pics for you. B)

Not at all my good sir. I'll be lingering about after 5pm. I figured any "talk" might well continue for a while. Although I will be in the company of a lovely Bond girl of my own.

Looking forward to seeing you as well as all the "girls".

Hell, maybe George might join us for a scotch and talk of golf.
