Well I finally did it! I amde a Casino Royale page with tons of great info, my review, and lots of high quality pictures. So check it out and let me know if I am missing anything....

Oh and I added the Casino Royale aountrack too, did you know that MGM rereleased it!? Is it remastered? I would think so b/c the film score was. Anyone get it?

Groovy page chronicliar. Loved both the layout and the content.
I've got the Casino Royale CD but it's on the Varese Sarabande label. No indication from the liner notes that it's been remastered. Though the tracks are short every major theme/cue from the movie is included (unlike the reissue of the 'Our Man Flint' soundtrack.)

Interesting that Herb Alpert contributed to the soundtracks of both non-EON Bond films.

I heard the soundtrack the other day and I didnt know burt bacarach did the title theme to it....

As a film: It was parody...As a precursor to other films such as the austin powers series ,It showed that you both could be suave and silly at the same time. The pacing of the film denotes that it was made by someone who exhibited the clinical signs of ADD/ADHD or was high or both.....

It also had some of the silliest spy gear in any film of its time(Atomic bomb in an asprin) and also was used as basis for some of the serious bond gear(Bagpipe machinegun, pen weapons)
