I've always wondered whether the producers made the right decision in moving the Gunbarrel to the end of the film. Sure, it 'signifies' Bond's departure from the Vesper storyline, but would the opening, and thus perhaps the entire film, have felt more Bondian with the sequence in its rightful place?
Ah well, I decided to have a stab at it

Seems to transition fairly nicely into the opening shot of the film. Nice work, iexpectu2die.

Nicely done. That section of The Palio cue works surprisingly well with the gunbarrel.

Positively brilliant. My only complaint is no fault of your own, just my nitpicking. Personally I think Craig moves too damn fast in his gunbarrel, like he's hurrying to take a leak or something. I'd try slowing down the segment of Craig's walk, again, speaking personally. But really it works fantastic.

He's not walking any faster than Brosnan did.Personally I think Craig moves too damn fast in his gunbarrel, like he's hurrying to take a leak or something.

Agreed.
I think that Craig's walk in the sequence is fine. I'd actually say that the gunbarrel for QUANTUM OF SOLACE is my favorite.
