She gave one Bond a key, and 6 years later bedded another Bond

Don't just think within the EON films.

If that's the case, I'm thinking either the receptionist in Dr. No or From Russia with Love.

I'll post, since it's been a while. I'm thinking she's a hotel receptionist, right? ("Key" being the main word)
If that's the case, I'm thinking either the receptionist in Dr. No or From Russia with Love.
She was a hotel receptionist in one Bond film. Six years later she bedded a different Bond.
It was not the receptionist in Dr. No or FRWL. Remember, don't just think of the EON films.

The name's Leon. Valerie Leon.

Valerie Leon was the hotel receptionist in The Spy Who Loved Me and was Bond's fling in the Bahamas in Never Say Never Again.

Twice in Bond films this actor played a minor villain, whose duties to plot the elimination of Bond were thwarted, enough for the minor villain to be killed off by his bosses above him. And, it doesn't necessarily have to be in one of the Eon Bond films. (That may have given it away already!)
Vladek Sheybal?

This actress had a very powerful "lure" over men before meeting her respective Bond.

I'm thinking the word "lure" is the key to the answer, but nothing is regestering.

"Lure" refers to Riggs' character "Emma Peel" (M. Appeal, if I'm not mistaken).

You're right!
"Lure" refers to Riggs' character "Emma Peel" (M. Appeal, if I'm not mistaken).
She certainly has a "lure" on me
how about:
This actress appeared with two Bond actors in a two year period, but only in one Bond movie. She was originally known for appearing alongside a Bond ally.

Lois Chiles?
She was with Roger Moore in Moonraker in 1979 and with David Niven in Death on the Nile in 1978.

She appeared briefly in A View to a Kill (1985) with Roger Moore and she was also in Hell Hunters (1986) with George Lazenby.
Or Corinne Clery?
In 1979 with Roger Moore in Moonraker and in 1981 with George Lazenby in L'ultimo harem.
