I remember hearing something about Zituma (Zitumer?)'s role in the script for Quantum. What exactly did he do? Why didn't they mention his name in the credits? Because I didn't see his name...

Forster brought him in, he did some on-the-set rewrites (not uncommon for such things to happen on a film, also for the writer to go uncredited, probably got paid under the table).
