Saw Richard Kiel at San Francisco's Wondercon this weekend. Very nice man, second time I met him. Got an autographed lithograph of some Spy artwork with Jaws and Roger.
Also, David Hedison of LTK and LALD. Talked about what a pleasure Robert Davi, whom also I met 13 years ago, was to work with.
Among the Bond toys they had Pierce and Sean action figures, the DAD Aston Martin ($60) toy car, and many Bond posters of which I couldn't resist buying ten.
But there were mostly sci fi fans dressed as centurions, clones, X-men, storm troopers, Darth Vader, Catwoman, Leia as Jabba's slave girl, and Klingons. Also met Chase Masterson (DS9) and Erin Grey (Buck Rogers.) A fun day.
I have some photos, but they appear to be too big (>70K) to upload.
