There are quite a few of your "cons" that I'm confused by, but I'll start with this one:

-Marc Forster is awful

Why?

He tought he had to direct a Bourne movie, I didn't like his choice of Dan Bradley, and I felt his ideas aren't "Bondian", as Campbell's were. I found the action very cool, but untidy and so accelerated taht I wasn't able to enjoy it. When I saw the movie I realized that watching the trailer you get practically ALL the car chase sequence. And I don't really care too much about the Opera and the Palio, I'm more intrested in Bond confronting his foes.

But after all that, I found it a good entertainment.

Some clarification please ... I have not seen the film yet ... please keep spoilers to a minimum. Thank You!

Cons:

-Grotesque subtitle locations pasted in the middle of the screen
why are these distracting? everybody else seems to like it.

-Shakey camera and faster action sequences (the car chase is TOO short!)
damn, this seems like something they should not have done ... are all the cool shots already in the trailer and clips? if so, I am in for a dissapointment.

-The meeting between Bond & Yusef is confusing
don't want to know about this ...

-The Opera shooting, soundless and intercut with the stage representation
this is hailed by most people as a masterful sequence! I guess it was not to your liking!

-Bond chasing Mitchell intercut with the Opera
Huh, is Mitchell the roof top guy bond is chasing if so, are you talking about the polio race?

-Bond and Camille thinking in commit suicide
don't wanna know!

Couldn't agree more. I found Forster incredibly petulant in his interviews: " I didn't care much about Bond before CR...blah blah... I didn't want to do it but it was good learning to see how an action film is made...blah blah. MF is the first Bond director who had to go to college to learn his craft and it feels like the most expensive post-degree in history.

Cons:

Spoiler

I don't find them distracting, I found them... horrible (sorry for being rude with those who like it)
