As I viewed the list of Discharged Cbners, I noticed that you can still send communiqués to them. I know it is weird to actually try sending a message and expecting a reply.
It's just like talking to a dead body and expecting a response from it.
Do you think you can disable this feature from them, as the banned members wont recieve the message a person sent?

Not sure we can, but in the meantime resist the temptation to send anything to them. A lot of those names were the same few people anyway.
