A Whisper Of love
A Whisper Of Hate
----------7

lol

but in all seriousneess there are some reall good chapter titles that could be used.

I'd honestly like to see the next 20 or so bond films to be a combinartion of Chapter titles, Short story titles, and character names (with of course James bond will return in croping up at the end of each)

Bond 23 Risico
Bond 24 The Nature of Evil
Bond 25 A whisper of Hate
bond 26 The Hildebrand Rariety (Craig's last film)
Bond 27 My Enemy's Enemy
Bond 28 Fork Left for Hell
Bond 29 Valley Of Shadows (return of the 00 in the title)
Bond 30 Background to a Spy
Bond 31 The Pipeline opens
Bond 32 All the time in the world (the only thing that should be redone from OHMSS is tracy other than that completyly orignal story)
Bond 33 The Fuse Burns
Bond 34 The Inuhman Element

i could go on but i think you got my point and then around Bond 40 they should finnaly Colonel Sun.

I read that Shatterhand was a working title for Tomorrow Never Dies.
Besides, Shatterhand is the title of a fan Bond film currently in production, by the same team that released the Shamelady tribute Bond film last autumn. Surprisingly good and professional work, it's really worth giving it a try. I too was reluctant about fan made Bond films before seeing Shamelady, but these guys are "pro" fans, it makes a difference. Quite entertaining piece, full of educated references, very enjoyable for the Fleming / franchise fan.
Their Shatterhand seems to be a faithful adaptation of YOLT!

Dam it. but wait Shatterhand would of been a better title for tomorow never dies.
I guess the fan film kind of means Shatterhand will never happen.

Let's just say that if they decide to film the novel LALD again there's a chapter title which they'll avoid.

I don't think so! Why wouldn't it happen?
EON doesn't care about titles used in fan films. Besides, legally speaking, fan films (and fan fictions) are totally "illegal" pieces, as the authors don't have the rights to use the original characters (not to mention that these fan pieces are sensibly less widespread that the official franchise pieces ). So I can't see how it could prevent EON from using this title!

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, I think they'll have some form of Octopussy for the PTS; very exciting news.

Shatterhand is an excellent title, but I also like The Death Collector (also from YOLT) and The Undertaker's Wind (from LALD). Lots of Fleming's chapter titles are uninteresting, but I think if i re-read the novels again I'd find quite a few phrases which would be suitable.
Incidently that fan-film Shamelady has a title pinched from James Mayo's novel. Mayo wrote the Charles Hood novels and some of his titles are excellent:
Shamelady
Let Sleeping Girls Lie
Hammerhead
Sabretooth (i think..)
The Quickness of the Hand
worth a thought.

Not to worry; it's not a huge deal.

We merely merge threads together in order to keep the forums more tidy and easier to navigate.

The Quickness of the Hand

I think if that was used as a Bond title, it would get alot of rightfully deserved judgement from the press.

I believe that Sabretooth is one of Peter O'Donnell's Modesty Blaise novels. At the very least that O'Donnell wrote an MB book with that title.
