Hi! I'm now on these boards:)

I love this rewrite of LALD. Its really dark and much better than the real deal, which i don't even consider to be that great having watched it numerous times. I like the inclusion of the tooth detonator. I didn't see that coming. I like Solitaire's role as well. I thought in LALD that the spiritual stuff was unique, but I thought it was a little hokey, glad to see she has a distinct role.

I am, however, not a fan of writing out Roger Moore. Being as he is my favorite Bond, I cannot accpet Lazenby doing all of his movies. Although I wish he had done DAF, due to the fact that Sean Connery was out of shape and looked terrible, I would want Roger to start with LALD. I'm just biased, I guess.

Nice overall, though!

Why, thanks! :P

By the way, if you'd like to see Roger Moore in one of our rewrites, check out the link to our DAF rewrite at the top of the very first post; it features Roger Moore as 008. :D

yup, ever since Casino Royale came out, we've been pretty hooked, thats for sure.

I have to commend your creative abilities. A good deal of all these rewrites really trump the original versions. I take it your a big Lazenby fan. I admit, I would have liked to see him in more movies for sure, but not in so many that Roger Moore is ousted. I thought OHMSS was amazing, and i think he was the only one who really could have pulled that off, imo. I just have a hard time seeing him in later movies.

Ok, great stuff too. How come I took so long in finding this work! I love the opening. It's exciting and gritty Bond for sure. Nice and sharp. Bond and Felix in action. Breathtaking to say the least. Another thing, I can actually see Lazenby in my mind which is great because although I like LALD with Moore I have always wanted to see Lazenby in more Bond films. I like the references of Tracy too. Ok could somebody now point me in the direction of all the rewrites mentioned in this thread. I'm dying to read Octopussy with Tim Dalton. Thanks a million and keep up the good work.

Any chance of providing a link to Moonraker too? Much appreciated. I like the style of writing and am dying to read them.

You guys are really talented.

POINT TO NOTE - This site is a paradise where talent is concerned. Musicians, writers, artists. What more could a Bond fan ask for!

Right, is all I can say is this: You guys are [censored]ing great! Geniuses and no less! If ever EON remake those films they'd be [censored]ing idiots not to consider your scripts. I could just see Lazenby doing those films and Dalton in Octopussy and AVTAK - a dream come true! Even without the above mentioned actors they'd be great, let alone.

What about Moonraker guys? Don't leave me hangin' here so get cracking and put pen on paper!

One request: Any chance of doing The Living Daylights with Lewis Collins in the role. I really wanted him to take over from Roger Moore and his performance in Who Dares Wins was great to say the least.

Keep up the good work!

Harry

Fantastic again!

I'm really enjoying your GL versions of the movies, really interesting to read, it's easy to see you've put alot of effort in and it's really paid off. Thanks for writing them up!

I'll read your others tomorrow!
