Introducing James Bond: charming, sophisticated, handsome; chillingly ruthless and very deadly.

Casino Royale finds Bond on a mission to neutralize a lethal, high-rolling Russian operative called simply 'Le Chiffre', who has lost 50 million Francs of his nation's money on a private venture, and unless he can recoup his losses, a SMERSH assassin lies in wait. James Bond 007 is sent to beat Le Chiffre at the casino and ensure Le Chiffre's death comes at the hands of his own people.

A lot of effort and care has gone into these episodes. I'm throughly enjoying them. The french is a little off, but you forget about it when your caught up in the music and acting. I hope you can continue on with LALD when CR is completed. Bravo! Can't wait for the next episode.

It's great to hear someone adapting these- very nice piece of work with a lot of effort put in; I'm particularly impressed by the music.
If I had to criticise I'd say that the casting is a little off in places- Bond seems to be the wrong nationality (!) and also putting a faux deep Connery voice on, which he doesn't need to do; and some of the characters' speeches are a little long and could do with being broken up with a few interjections from whoever they're speaking to.
But it's a fantastic project- very well done! :D

To Be honest, I just thought this would be a load of old bull, with horrble acting and cheap music but I was wrong! Outstanding work! Cant wait for part 4.

Thanks for all the comments everybody! Keep them coming!

Hopefully Episode 4 will be ready in a month or two- it's going to feature the infamous torture scene, so I think you'll all be interested in hearing that one too!

Yes, the speeches are certainly the biggest problem with the show. When we wrote the script way back in 2005 it was our first attempt at writing a script and an audio drama, so that's one of the things we wished we could have changed. If you think this episode is full of long speeches now you should have heard the original cut based on the script, I chopped ALOT of material from this episode.
