A while back I came across a Raymond Benson site which included trivia for each book. Under The Facts of Death it stated that original title was The World Is No Enough but changed to TFOD since that was the title of the next movie. TWINE is the title heading for one of the chapters in the book. Does anyone know if this is true?

In both the book and the movie the phrase TWINE is said in much the same way, with Bond saying it the girl and explaining it's a family motto.

Yep, that's the site.

And excellent site for Raymond Benson fans, though I don't share their comments on Gardner's books but that's another story.

Yep, it is true. Raymond wanted The Facts of Death to be called The World Is Not Enough. As I understand it, Raymond submits a short list of titles to Glidrose and they can option to choose one of them or Glidrose can make up one of their own. Often times Raymond's rejected titles get used as chapter names like in The Facts of Death.

I think the website you're referring to is Dean Kilbride's The Raymond Benson Parlour. I don't have a link to it on hand, but it can be found in RaymondBenson.com's links section.
