What does it say exactly inside the Wood novels? Does it mention that they are based on screenplays? Does it mention Maibaum? Is Fleming credited at all?

In the UK paperbacks for both novelizations, I don't believe either Fleming or Maibaum is mentioned.

What does it say exactly inside the Wood novels? Does it mention that they are based on screenplays? Does it mention Maibaum? Is Fleming credited at all?
In the U.S. paperbacks, the credits (including the screenplay credit) for the movie are on the page facing the title page.
