From CBn James Bond QuickNews...

SPECTRE of Bond doubles

Calling all James Bond and Pussy Galore hopefuls.

Four of the boats used in the Bond movies are a feature attraction at this year's Boat Show, which opens today at Jeff's Shed.

To mark the occasion, the Boat Show people are staging a James Bond Cocktail Hour (shaken, not stirred) at 3pm on Saturday at the Bond boat display.

Everyone who turns up as their favourite Bond character, male or female, goodie or baddie, will be in the running to win a boxed DVD set of all the Bond movies.

Three sets are being given away -- one for the best Bond, one for the best Bond girl, and one for the best Bond villain.

We reckon Geelong skipper Steven King could be in the running as the next Bond if the movie people get a look at him in wearing a suit with a price tag that would buy a small car, surrounded by ladies of similar taste.

Very Bond indeed.
