Here is a link to an article posted by Dark Horizons (great website) about Daniel Radcliff (Harry Potter) or Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot) playing the young James Bond. Of course take it with a grain of salt.

I really wouldn't care who would play "Young Bond"...even Cavill, since so many seem to be in support of him...but I think that having Casino Royale come out with Pierce or a suitable replacement in 2006 and Silverfin in 2007 would be a great way to continue AND reboot the franchise all in one. Don't reboot with Casino - let it be Pierce's swan song...and then reboot the franchise and let that actor carry it for 7-10 films.
