Bought it today off ebay for $20.00. Is this a decent price for one? I wanted to make sure I got one as it's one of the few I've seen on ebay recently and it's the last one the seller has.

Anyway, the value can only go up as it was a limited toy fair thing.

So it IS being made avaliable outside of toy fair?

Oh well. The one for TLD is pretty valuable now so this should be a nice thing to hold on to anyway.

The omission of DAD on it is a little annoying.

I payed US$15 so I got a tad of a better deal. Mine was signed at the event by Shirley Eaton who was at the Toy Fair along with Richard Keil, however, the latter hasn't signed it.

I was born in Canoga Park (the dreaded Valley), but now I live in Marina del Rey (the less dreaded beach). How about you?

I live in "the dreaded valley"...Near Studio City. I actually almost took a job near Marina Del Rey about few months ago, but the commute on the 405 was too much. Cool to know that there are some big Bond fans on the west coast!

Whoops, sorry Ry. Didn't mean to dis your home. I actually really like the Valley -- afterall, I grew up there -- and Studio City is very nice. It was the heat and, yes, the 405 commute that drove me to the coast. Perhaps we will hook up at some LA Bond event?

Sounds good to me. I know the New Beverly Cinema and The Egyptian have done some Bond events in the past...mneeting at a future Bond event sounds good to me.

I tried to bid on a signed Shirley Eaton one but I didn't meet the reserve.

I'd have to see it to know what you're talking about.

If it's the 40th Anniversary poster I think you're talking about, I hate to say it, but you got screwed.

Anyway, if you've got a picture post it here or send it to me via email.

I won't post it as an image as it's somewhat large. I was under the impression from several (and not just sellers) that it was not going to be avaliable to the public and it was only for special events like Toy Fair.

How so, mccartney007? $20 is pretty much what I've seen it selling for in the movie memorabilia shops on Hollywood Blvd. Depending on how limited the print run is, it'll do nothing but go up in value. I think he did just fine.

I decided against buying the poster because it doesn't feature DAD on it.
