I informed in a Swatch shop near my place when they are going to be launched and how much the Swatch James Bond watches are going to cost. They told me that they didn't know precisely when they are launched but they did know that there is going to be a limited edition box with the 20 Bond watches in it. Price: about €1200,-!!!
Of course you can buy them separitly, starting from €50,-
I don't know how much € 1 dollar is though but you'll have to find out for yourself.

James Bond (05 Feb, 2002 04:28 p.m.):
Something went wrong with the prices:

the box is gonna be around 1200 Euro and the watches will start from 50 Euro

Finally there is more information about the watches and almost all the 20 watches have been revealed except for the latest three from TND, TWINE and DAD. I went to stop by again near the Swatch-shop and luckely they recognized me as a Bond-fan and they gave me a very beautiful and pretty big brochure with pictures of all of them!
By the way, I informed again about the price of the limited edition box and it will be launched at the end of 2002. It is a leather box with the 20 watches in it and something secret but very interesting for Bond-fans (so I have been told) the price again: about 1600,- euro!!!

Maybe a summer job wouldn't be so bad after all.

I still need to find a way to get my frickin driver's licence though. Missed too much of Drivers Ed class and the state says I can't get it until I've completed that class...and all I missed was simulator time.

Maybe it's time to auction my soul on ebay.

50 Euro's (bless em) =

= 30 pounds sterling

= 43.5 US dollars

= a bulging wallet of Aussie dollars, all 85.3 of them!

So I guess they may not be as cheap as we first thought!

If you buy the whole box though, you do have a rare James Bond collector's item in your hands.
I was shocked that it was so expensive. But now I will have to steel the money from my parents
I think they're getting used to it
(haha)
