Curious what the U.S. hardcover edition of SilverFin will look like when it's released on April 27? Well, you don't need to wait. It's already on eBay and there's a pic!

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Wonder where the guy who put them up for auction got them? The hardcover is only being printed in the US, right? So, he got a copy early?

Or, maybe he works in a bookstore and they've already gotten the shipments. They just can't be sold until 27th April.

We do that at GameStop. We got copies of Halo 2 a week before it was released, we just couldn't sell them until their actual release date. If we did, we were breaking the law or something.

At the moment it's a good price but by the looks of it, the bidder has put in a high bid so you'll have a tough time trying to outbid them.

It is a nice lot. I have the proof, but I considered bidding just to get the hardcover early. But then I figured, with media shipping, I would probably get the book from Amazon at about the same time.
