It was a British comedy show a few years back. Sketches, catch-phrases. Kind of like Monty Python, I guess - not sure where you're from, or how familiar you are with the format, Righty. Higson acted in some of the sketches, notably one in which he played an upper-class farmer in love with his head groundsman Ted, but too repressed to ever say or do anything about it.

Our friend Charlie Higson together revived 'Randall and Hopkirk ( deceased )' and killed it off at the same time.
It was a kind of posthumous death reborn.
When are we going to have this pint Charlie?.
