Found that at abebooks, a used books store.
There was also one at $12, which I have ordered, so it's not there anymore.

I'll have to keep looking there. They are becoming somewhat harder to find on eBay.

At this point, with the book only 3 weeks away, you might be better off just to pre-order the actual book. In the end you'll get it at about the same time and it will probably be cheaper.

But as a collectible...well, I already have mine. :)

What's interesting is there is a U.S. and a UK proof, with different covers.

Grabbed a US one with the cool unused artwork for about $15. They're cheaper now it seems.
