I all,
i ve just read an article at http://filmforce.ign...8/358276p1.html

The article is a bout a new film starring sean Connery and others people who will played popular heros from various time against a bad guy. among these men, there will be Allan Quartermain, former Dracula love interest Mina Murray, Indian submariner Captain Nemo from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Dr. Henry Jekyll a.k.a. Mr. Hyde, and The Invisible Man a.k.a. Hawley Griffin. the League is united by British secret service agent Campion Bond (who may be a forebear of James Bond's
it appears from some report that Campion will be played by Moore.

Here is the report:

IGN FilmForce Exclusive: How Many James Bonds Will Join The League?
Plus, a clarification about the casting of Captain Nemo.

May 01, 2002 - IGN FilmForce's trusty source close to the production of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen has advised us that a James Bond reunion of sorts could be in the works. As you already know, Sean Connery will play the lead role of adventurer Allan Quartermain in the Fox adaptation of the Alan Moore/Kevin O'Neill graphic novel miniseries. A key supporting character in the tale is British secret service agent "Campion Bond" who is implied to be the ancestor of secret agent James Bond. Campion Bond assembles The League (and may also be more than what he seems).

While hefty actors such as Robbie Coltrane or Brendan Gleeson might seem to be a better match for the smug, portly intelligence operative, our Extraordinary source has advised us that the filmmakers are mulling the possibility of casting another former 007 opposite Connery. And which ex-Bond would that be? Why, none other than Roger Moore! Our source wouldn't divulge any further details but the possibility of casting Moore is at least being entertained. Apparently, Connery and Moore are old and dear friends off-screen.

So how will the Extraordinary filmmakers be able to skirt the "Bond issue" with notoriously litigious MGM (just ask Austin Powers)? Our source says that as long as the film implies that Campion Bond is 007's forebear rather than explicitly states it then all should be fine.

Roger Moore followed Sean Connery and George Lazenby as James Bond, playing 007 from 1973's Live and Let Die to 1985's A View to A Kill. Unlike Connery, Moore never quite enjoyed as successful a film career outside of the James Bond series. Moore's non-Bond credits include The Wild Geese, The Quest, and The Man Who Haunted Himself. He's poked fun at his super-spy image by appearing in such films as Spice World and on the espionage TV series Alias and D.R.E.A.M. Team. Moore also starred in the TV classics The Saint, Maverick, and The Persuaders. He currently serves as a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF.

Very very unlikely ol'chap!!!!!!! Connery could always do one movie with all the Bonds (yes including Lazenby) because he's still hot property in Hollywood, but this movie idea seems too good to be true so most probably it wont work out.
