The fourth and final piece for this contribution...I really should've just uploaded these to photobucket...would've been a whole lot easier... :)

Methos... great art work! Seriously! I think it all very good. Are you still doing any more Bond art?

(I'll try and photograph some of my later stuff...) I'm sure most of ya'll have see this before... I painted the gunbarrel on a "kitchen" piece...

Always cool to see that painting, Athena.

Your daughter drew that rather well, Pamela.

Don't think the smudges detract from the definitely well done artwork. Certainly good at it, judging by that amount of time.

Pamela... your daughter did a great job. :) You can tell her I said so. Love it... want to see more! Yes, a Japanapation Meets Goldfinger sounds like a good sequel :)

Ok, I just took some pics of a few of my other Bond art thing-ums. This was one of the first things I made in a design class in college; and this was before any pics from Die Another Day had come out, so I used one from GoldenEye...

And here's another one from College... one from my beginning drawing class using charcoal & Conte. We were basically just supposed to draw the sill life martini glasses and shaker that were sitting on the table, but I was a rebel and added in a little "extra" :)

I like the way the glasses came out. It's hard to do glass. Is it just me or do I subliminally see a man in a tux holding a gun in the glass on the right. No kidding. :) :) [/quote]

LOL !! :) Was that really on purpose or an accident in the martini glass?? [...edit...] So I was wondering if your tux in the glass was intentional. :)

Yes... it was intentional :)

Well I can hopefully do somewhat better than that. :)

I like it alot Blofeld's Cat. If it was a poster, I would seriously buy it. It's simple, yet "meaty." It makes  my mind wander.
I would hang it across from my bed so I could look at it as I nodded off...

>^..^<

Thanks for soaking it all in Pamela. :)

I regularly visit an online art community called Renderosity so if anyone dabbles in 3D art at all they may be interested in purchasing a few Bond themed constructs to insert in their art.

The first link is for Michael Bond, a reworking of a well-known 3D art character. Connery was clearly the inspiration:

This next link is for 3D models of the Walther PPK:

And lastly, a link for a 3D model of the AM Vanquish:

I've pranced around Renderosity myself. I seriously would love to learn how to do 3D computer art... hum... must find a class.

Oh freemo... I do have THIS (which is actually more Brosnan fan art than Bond fan art... but you asked for it :))... made this a long while ago with my very old graphic programs on my very old computer back when Brosnan got married to Keely...

One wishes... :)

Those are pretty cool BC. The shots of the Aston Martin are interesting. Odd angle at the front of the car, or maybe it's just the way the picture was taken.

The car itself is actually a 3D model that can be viewed from many angles, and positioned in a 3D art image that can also have multi-POV, it's quite limitless as to how the finally rendered image can look like.

I just wish I was talented enough to do this stuff.

Aha, that would make perfect sense then! I could never do that also, no where as talented with designing such things out.

Ahhh...
Such reticensce indicates potential...

I simply lack such talents in art & design like some of that. Which is phenominal. :)
