Just a little FYI, as some people have named Silvestri as one of their favorite composers, you might be interested that he is currently set (according to www.imdb.com) to score Alien Vs Predator.

I've heard that's just a rumor. I rarely trust the IMDB for in production films. The latest rumor is Marco Beltrami is on that film.

Neil

Yes, I know that IMDB.com is often wrong, but it's not an implausable idea - after all, Silvestri gave us the scores to the Predator films.

As for Marco Beltrami......I wouldn't be surprised - Anderson hired him for Resident Evil. But I think that Silvestri would be better...

JOHN BARRY [Ironically, mainly for his work outside of Bond]
HOWARD SHORE [His subtlety and moods]
ELLIOT GOLDENTHAL [For his inventive and 'different' scores]
ERIC SERRA [For his originality and almost surreal scores]
VANGELIS [Touches perfection]
GABRIEL YARED [Soulful and very lyrical scores]
GEORGE FENTON [Stately scores]
MARVIN HAMLISH [A real film dramatist]
