******** NEVER MIND!!!! I found them :) :)

Really!?

I was going to say that the closest you may come to finding erotic images of Maud would be shots from a movie she did called Tattoo.

They're not all that revealing, but if you like girls with tatts....

Yeah, Maud Adams has done a number of topless and nude photos over the years. Several of the best pictures were part of the 1987 special that "Playboy" did on 007.

So no one can help me find the picture I am looking for? Granted i's not a Moore era related subject, but I though I'd ask it anyways.

IF not that's cool.

Unfortunately the naked topless shots of Maud Adams are back in the UK (where the "Playboy" issue is tucked away)...I am sure they are online somewhere though....Or perhaps another collector here on CBN had that issue?

It had Maryam D'Abo on the cover wearing a black dress and holding a green (or yellow) squirt gun (water pistol). There was also a shot of Timothy Dalton holding a glass (of vodka martini presumably) and type set publicizing the issue as a special '25 Years of 007' edition.

Actually, I have a James Bond book called The Essential Bond and it has a photo of the Playboy cover...it memory serves, it was July 1987. I'll have to check it when I get home.

Correction...the Bond Playboy issue was September 1987...it also has Dalton on the cover (separate shot from D'abo)

Yes, Dalton is holding a glass (of vodka martini presumably)...and D'Abo is holding what looks like a squirt gun/water pistol.

Pretty much all of them....

There are shots from the "Playboy" archives of pretty much all of the major actresses of the James Bond movies from Dr. No's Ursula Andress onwards. They even have some very nice topless nude shots of NSNA's Kim Basinger and Barbara Carrera.

There are some shots that are just merely glamour shots. I seem to remember Lois Maxwell's picture is just a glamour shot (as is, strangely enough Tanya Roberts), but the majority of the pictures feature full frontal topless nudity.

Of course the centerpiece of the photo gallery is then current Bond girl Maryam D'Abo lying completely naked on top of TLD Astin Martin - Man, that was enough to make a 15 year old (as I was at the time) go "ga-ga"! :)

Sept 87 is correct and one of the best issues in my opinion. The Celebrity Sleuth issue from 89 is also worthy eye-candy. The following issues will be of interest to some of you, I've tracked them down over the years... I know there are other issues with Bond short stories, and other Fleming ties, or Bond ties like Connery's Bond interview, but I would say these are the major Bond Playboy issues with pictorals.

Playboy June 2000 The James Bond File
Playboy February 1998 Tomorrow Never Dies, Daphne Deckers
Playboy December 1995 German Edition
Playboy 1989 August
Playboy September 1987 The Women of 007 Special
Playboy July 1983 Saving Bond

If you are a completist you could also get the Feruary 1969 issue that Bond browses through during the Gumbold safe break scene in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

For me the 1987 edition is on of the greatest because it features Bond girls from previous eras.
