Who is the curly blonde man that aides/follows Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service? Does he have a name? Was he a 00-Agent working for MI6?

You mean the guy trailing Bond who always tries to get into Piz Gloria? If so then that is Campbell. I'm not sure that he's a 00 but he works for MI6, I believe.

All I know so far is that his name is Campbell. Does anyone have anymore information on him?

Actually, he was the man cubby and harry sent after George to get him to sign the multi-film contract. It got so desperate, they even put it into the film.

In the book, his name is Shaun Campbell and he works for Station Z Zurich. He almost blows Bond's cover in a different way than from the film. He apparently isn't a 00 or he would have been much more resourceful than he was.

Yes. He's a Conservative, a pet lover - particularly fond of rabbits, a lapsed member of the club for Clotted Cream fanatics and current President for the Federation for Encouraging of Kindness to Cockroaches. A wily old fox but suffering from gout and arthritus, he still manages a quick turn down the Come Dancing club for singles.
