Barbara Bach
The reason why -- well apart from the fact that Barbara Bach is so mind blowingly sexy and easy on the eyes, she played a character that was Bond's equal, she even got the better of him on the boat :-)
The other reason, I first saw Bach in the movie "Force 10 From Navarone" which was actually made after TSWLM and thought she was incredible in that....
Did I mention that she was really beautiful and sexy

There has been so many forums on this topic, but anyway my favorite Bond girl is Tracy Bond. She's my favorite because Diana Rigg who played her was hott in OHMSS. Also, because she married Bond.
