1. The end of OHMSS. Fantastic end to a fantastic movie!

2. Bond vs Scaramanga duel in Scaramanga's fun house. Very eerie.

3. The scenes aboard the Orient Express in FRWL are absolutely brilliant!

4. The boat chase in Moonraker. I love the way the '007' theme kicks in and the smile Rog gives when one of the boats is blown up by mines.

5. Bond escaping Piz Gloria is absolutley thrilling with the music and everything!

6. The scenes in India in Octopussy are good fun! Best use of location apart from Egypt in The Spy who loved me!

7. The Gypsy camp scene in FRWL.

8. The scene on top of the truck in TLD is a personal favourite!

9. Bond and Anya aboard that boat in the evening on their way to Cairo.

In no particular order...

- Bond's introduction in the Ambassadors Club in London. Terence Young holds off on showing us Bond's face until finally - "Bond" (lighter flicks) "...James Bond". The James Bond theme plays right here as the character rises from his seat, sets up a date with Sylvia Trench, and heads into Moneypenny's office for the first and, one of my favorite, Moneypenny/Bond scenes of the series. - The scenes in Monte Carlo. Perfectly re-introduce James Bond to a new audience and, for the afficianados, places him in a location that he hasn't been to on-screen but is still very much a part of his character. Driving the vintage Aston DB5, gambling in an exotic casino. This is James Bond. (GoldenEye)

- The scene where Bond inspects his first hotel room in Istanbul. With the James Bond Theme being played in the background to great effect, Connery never seemed so confident in the character and hotel rooms had never seemed more fun. Should he throw the hat on the bed? No... screw it. And he calmly picks up the phone and asks for a new room. (From Russia With Love)

- The scenes at Hotel de Los Organos in Cuba. It's been years since James Bond ever had such a great travelogue feeling. We're back at the same kinds of tropical locations that were a staple of the early films. Perfect light-bathing cinematography by David Tattersall. (Die Another Day)

- The scenes at the Rubeyon Hotel in Hong Kong. James Bond, stripped of all his style, is still suave and debonair as he walks into the hotel lobby and asks for his usual suite. "Open the presidential suite!" commands the manager after recognizing Mr. Bond. At this point in the film, the classic Bond is back. (Die Another Day)

- Bond's interaction with Fiona Volpe. Never since has the character had such sparkling dialogue when conversing with potential bedfellows. I've seen the film thousands of times and the great, dry lines written by John Hopkins still make me chuckle. (Thunderball)

- The fight with Red Grant aboard the Orient Express. Many cinemagoers have called it one of the best fights in film history. I'm inclined to agree. It's not too fast and not too complicated. Just exciting. (From Russia With Love)

- The scene where Natalya confronts Bond on the Cuban beach. "How can you act like this?" she demands. Bond doesn't respond with a witty comment or an attention-passing answer, but "It's what keeps me alive." Perfectly written and directed. Emotional but not over-the-top. Beautifully filmed. (GoldenEye)

- The pre-title sequence of The Living Daylights. An ingenious way to introduce the audience to a new Bond. Intrigue, action, Bond seduces the girl and says the line and all with style.

- The chase through the car park. Very well-staged and filmed with the right kind of atmosphere. Great score by David Arnold. Fast-paced editing that doesn't let up until the end of the scene. Full of Bondian moments. This is also the only scene, as driving one would be part of his cover in Germany, where it seems natural for Bond to be driving a BMW. (Tomorrow Never Dies)
