Is there anyone here that agrees that Craig's hair was just way too short in Skyfall? I mean, dang looking back at how he looked in Casino Royale, it seemed long even though it was even short then! I just feel like Bond should have a decent amount of hair. But that's just my opinion. What do you guys think?

He looked fine. It was done because of the Character's military background.

I agree.  I couldn't figure out what I didn't like about his look in Skyfall so I went back and watched CR and noticed his hair was longer.  His military cut in Skyfall makes his face look rounder.  I hope he lets it grow back for the next one.

Can't recall the time elapsed, but it didn't look like 3 months of stubble to me. More a matter of weeks.

Or more likely it was a asthetic choice aimed at making Craig look like a much older version of Bond (His Bond in CR was a man just starting out in the 00 section, his Bond in Skyfall is now a part of the Old Guard that is seen as past their prime...a time line gap that could be considerably longer than the off Screen one.)

If you compare his at the time of Casino Royale to his hair when he did SNL a month ago, it is fairly clear he hasn't lost all that much hair! (Instead it becomes apparent just how much the shortness of his hair aged Bond in Skyfall)

Agreed. His face seems to look better when his hair is longer. It would be cool if he let his hair grow out like it was in his debut as 007 to the press.

I used to be the biggest proponent against Craig's hair, after the toiletbrush introduced it shouldve been letting it grow out but realized it's his own thing and he doesnt have to grow it out and wheel out the previous 5 fossils to have their hair. Going to the "past hair" is doing injustice and spitting on our "present".

 

Our "present" should be valued more than the "past" many times, even though the "past" is very cool, it is a temptress though and a drug. The present can never be again!

I completely agree.  I don't think it necessarily makes him look particularly older, but the hairstyle that Bond had throughout the film was terrible.

Craig's Skyfall hair didn't take me out of the scenes or hamper my enjoyment.

I also thought it very fitting. In his situation a hairstyle that needed more daily care would have been pretty stupid.

I still enjoyed the movie a great deal. But every movie has it's flaws.

I think its too short.  It makes him look older than he otherwise would in my opinion.  But this never distracted me from Skyfall.  Once the movie got going it was the furthest thing from my mind.

I loved his hairstyle in CR and QOS , I hope they go for that since it will certainly be very aestheticaly pleasing to the younger audiences,

 

But Cbn has the hardcore Bond fans in majority and I belive this will be more to cbn's taste .

I actually think they should have had his look in the PTS much like it was in the clip above or at least like in CR and QoS; then when we next see Bond "enjoying death" his hair would have the cropped look. He's living a life in seclusion and just had a local buzz it for function rather than style.It would be another part of him shedding his past.

Personally I like the long hair of Quantum Of Solace, Anything for that matter is better than the Skyfall look,

Really hope they change that next time around.
