1. Bond and Severine standing on the yatch as they sail towards Silva's Island/Bond and Silva walking out towards the Whiskey/Dualing pistols. To me this was as classic Bond as is gets. Bond, not tied up or anything, but walking around on his own, behind him, a half dozen henchmen forcing him into what Bond knows is exactly what he wants. Classsic. Straight out of the books. Strong Dr. No vibe.
2. Bond and Severine talking in the Casino. Totally classic. "Can you kill him?" This exchange is right out of the books, the Bond girl automatically trusting Bond just because he's the S*** and forming plans with him. Totally badass.
3. Bond pointing at the Komodo during his fight in the Casino. To me this captured Bond's character from the books as close to 100% as I've ever seen in a Bond film!
